This car was a force to be reckoned with in the 1969 season, winning the 1969 NHRA Winternationals. 

Beebe and Mulligan recorded three of the top speeds of the 1969 season, with a best clocking of 233.32. Other wins that season included the Olympics of Drag Racing in Union Grove, Wisconsin. 
     
Mulligan ran a 6.43 at Indy, well beyond Jerry Ruth's 6.68 national record in qualifying. This shirt is a tribute to Mulligan's spirit. He passed away after suffering complications attributed to burns he suffered the same weekend at the NHRA U.S. Nationals.
